报告简介:Oscillation phenomena occur in both active and sterile neutrinos, where the oscillation phases are triggered by vacuum mass difference. Before the electroweak gauge symmetry breaking, leptons are massless, and cannot oscillate in the conventional way. However, they can still oscillate in the background plasma. Using the flavor-covariant nonequilibrium quantum field theory, I will discuss how oscillations appear from thermal leptons at finite temperatures, and present new ideas that may have significant impacts on leptogenesis.
报告人简介:李少平,博士毕业于华中师范大学;先后在高能物理研究所做博士后以及在日本大阪大学做JSPS学者。其研究领域为粒子宇宙学,包括宇宙一阶相变,重子数或轻子数生成,引力波,暗物质,中微子天体和宇宙学,以及宇宙微波背景辐射物理。
